unless you have an absolute pressing need to live in one of the DAL hub cities, I can't see any reason for anyone to leave the fastest growing airline with decent pay, great benefits and no where to go but up.... but that's just me.

Delta window has always been open. They're not hiring, just accepting apps.

Phase I/II ?? what is that? in the past the interview has always been a two day process all done at once .... if you pass the first day.
