I got a phone call from Jenni Wilson yesterday to schedule an interview on the 19th at the ERAU career fair in Daytona... Anyone else get an interview yet?
I was told I would be receiving an email from an HR representative with a packet of information, but nothing yet. I was planning on giving them until tomorrow morning, then calling.
Anyone know of any good gouges? I've looked around, but it seems as though most of them are from 2006/2007 or so. Any more current ones around that I haven't seen? I'll keep looking...
My background is instructing, no 135 or 121 work yet, if anyone is wondering.

Well, they haven't done much hiring since 2007, so I doubt you will be able to find anything much newer than that.
They seem to be mostly the same. Talk with HR rep for HR questions, talk with CP and ACP, talk to a CA for some tech questions. Might have a sim ride depending where you interview.

Same interview format that they had before. Chief pilot, Tech, HR and Sim. If you get an interview make sure you get some time in the Frasca 142 sim. I was 121 and went in for my sim and nearly blew it. The attrition is increasing so hiring will continue.

I'm interviewing on the 19th as well, 1450TT/ 130ME. The interview seems pretty rough after looking at the willflyforfood gouges. They told me the sim portion would be in one of the sims on the ERAU campus.. so either C172 G1000 or DA42?? Contrary to other airline gouges, it looks like Horizon makes you single pilot your sim ride with lots of curve balls like WX decisions and NOTAMS.
ERAU made me fly 3 hours in the G1000 sim for my commercial course in 2007, and those things are RIDICULOUS!!! For example: first sign of stall = full spin!
