Got through the application, but did not see a section to upload reference letters. Did I miss something?

That's strange, my application started out with "would you like to upload a resume or use one currently on file?" and then went on to the elimination questions.

Yup I got that too, I guess my question is can you not upload a resume as an attachment, but have to cut and paste the text as the only option?

• You are able to attach up to five letters of recommendation. To do this, you must click on the “My Career Tools” section on the careers page (upper right hand corner) and navigate to the section titled “Cover Letters and Attachments”. You will then be prompted to add attachment and list the document title.

I have a similar issue with not having 50 hours in the last year. After my application was rejected, I emailed the Careers office to ask for clarification. Here's their reply:

"Thank you for your email and interest in Alaska Airlines. Unfortunately, the 50 hours in the last 12 months is a requirement for this position.

Alaska Airlines Recruitment"

Cut and paste is the only option I believe. And no need to reorganize it, literally just cut and paste the text and click next.

I did they same and received the same, just didn't have a chance to post here. Embrace the suck.

If we are short on TPIC, should we just not bother in applying then? Or, should we fill it out to show interest? How do they view this?

Thanks -

I'd like to know as well. I may be wrong, but I'm assuming the answer is NO!

I got a message that stated "You cannot submit another application for this posting due to the answers that you provided in the pre-screening assessment. Please look for other opportunities."

If you do get those 50 hours, I guess you'd have to contact HR to unlock your application.

Sounds silly, but what if some of your annual hours are from a level C+ flight simulator (CAE/Flight Safety, etc)?
