Express Jet Updates?
The guys that say 7 years got hired at the worst possible time. I'm predicting no more than three years on either crj or erj for people getting hired now. Even faster for erj pilots but things could even out if we ever agree on a contract

Think I interviewed with you....
For you guys in the know, I failed the cognitive test, so I am going to IAH to do a sim eval. What's the pass rate for this and guys still getting offers? I'm just wondering if it would be a waste of my time and really limited financial resources.

ERJ 64 new hires announced october with 2 classes a month till end of year. Probably will continue into 2014 also. CRJ side has 20 more coming in Oct with 24 more announced till end of year. Attrition dependent after that.
Upgrade time is about 7 years now.. but we have a lot of 2007 hires. After we get through that, it should be 4 years.

Your post infers that because you "failed" the cognitive test that EXJ requires that you take a sim eval that otherwise wouldn't be required? Sounds interesting......if you passed the cog test.....you wouldn't have to take the Sim eval?
Either way, good luck man..... and just remember, they need you more than you need them.
