Moose...when you get to 2000TT, you could apply at Atlas....it usually is very nice for mil heavy guys.

On the ERJ side, 2 checks for $741, (per diem only) during your 2 months at initial training. Once you complete your PC/LOE the pay is $24.05 per flight hour, 75 hour monthly guarantee. Double occupancy during initial training in Houston….

Moose, Atlas has a Houston base. However, I've been with the company a year and a half and I might be able to hold IAH in about 3 or 4 years, at the very bottom.

If IAH is the gotta have base for you, you'll need to be patient. Pretty easy to gateway out of there though....

Don't spend it all in one place as they said. See a lot of training delays so hope those still waiting are surviving off something before their PCs.

Lost 81 people last month, which is 3x the amount we lost last year. It is a 50/50 split for FO/CA leaving. Floodgates are opening!
