Take every interview whether successful or not as a learning experience. The hardest job to get is your first 121 gig... Once you have that covered you'll find it does get easier. Like I said, just keep plugging away and get your TT and multi up. Keep applying and it'll happen for you, I promise. Good luck.

Can anyone tell me what horizon's senior and junior bases are? It sounds like a great place to fly if you are based where you live. I currently am based in LAX and I commute from SEA. I think if I got closer my life would be much less stressful.

QX junior base is MFR about 4-5 years to get SEA or PDX as an FO. The last upgrade was 12 years for a MFR captain.
They will not touch anyone with less the. 1500 TT they got burned in the last group and are now buying off trips to give sub-1500 hour pilots above by their ATP training deadline in MAY.

If I were you I would stay where you are. There are only two flights a day sea-mfr, so you will not be able to use commuter policy. You might get GEG but even then plan on being on reserve for a while. You will be home one night a week until you are off reserve.

Most junior BOI FO has 22 people under him. That's currently two years of hiring at QX I'm guessing that will change but who knows; Alot of FOs chose to move there.

If you have some seniority it is a nice place to work but commuting to MFR is very difficult. It is hard to say how long that you would be based there. Probably a couple of years. Then, when you finally move on to GEG or BOI, you will commute to reserve which is also difficult.
If I was in a similar situation I would probably just stay where I was. It's a tough choice though.
