Flight Instructors are responsible for delivering quality,professional flight instruction in a CFR 141 environment using a detailedtraining syllabus. Teaching responsibilities consist of flight related coursessuch as private, instrument, commercial and multi-engine, CFI/CFII groundschools and aviation safety. Flight instructors determine the student’sproficiency and report back to the management on their progression. Inaddition, all flight instructors are responsible for the safe operation ofaircraft in which flight instruction is being given.

Training and Experience Required:Associate’s Degree or two years of college credit required (Bachelor’s degreepreferred). All candidates must have a commercial, multi-engine land pilot certificateand possess a CFI certificate. Employmentis contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screen, criminal backgroundinvestigation and our standardization program.

Nice. No mention of the flight instructor union or the reasons why they unionized... Must be getting desperate to trap more people into working there. Ask the current instructors there how management treats them and their students. How many hours they actually fly vs what they are promised.
