Score is objective, the questions are very subjective to their interpretation...

Default Not taking new profiles?

All
Just tried to set up a profile on pilot credentials page, and the site said it was no longer accepting new profiles.

Can anyone else confirm that AA has stopped taking new applications, or is this a temporary thing?

Thanks!

Default Organizational Fit Assessment

It appears the Organizational Fit Assessment is available to retake. I have, and have had the green check mark by the "Organizational Fit Assessment" on my application profile since I did it back in October 2013. Why, when I click on the "Assessment" button I can now re-take it? For months that button has only shown that it was complete and there was no way to go back and retake or edit the answers?

To my knowledge, I have never received a TBNT e-mail, but now I'm concerned a spam filter killed it and I don't even know it. Anybody know who the sender of that e-mail would be?

Furthermore, what's the purpose of the reset on the Fit Assessment? Only for those that failed it, or has everyone been reset? Should everybody take it again, or what? This seems fairly important and I just want to know that I have a valid application on file for consideration and make sure the computer has not filtered it out.

I retook it yesterday on a long LAX layover. I hope I passed with flying colors.

My understanding is that IF you did not receive a TBNT e-mail/letter, then you do not have to re-take it.

Yes. That has been confirmed in another thread by someone who contacted AA. They said do not retake the assessment.

How many new hire pilots are they expecting to hire for the remainder of the year?

Do you have to fill out a profile at AA.com/careers like you have to do at SWA, or is a completed application on aa.pilotcredentials.com all you need?

What is the email address that people were getting either the TBNT or the invite for the interview from? I just want to make sure I didn't miss either one since my spam folder is full with junk mail and I tried searching for AA or American to make sure either one was in it.

Thanks
