That's all anyone has received. There is no email that goes out when you complete your app. Some folks have gotten the TBNT due to not passing the organizational fit assessment, but other than that the current wisdom is that no news is good news. Of course, a video interview is better news.

I did my video interview on the 3rd this week and it was a resend invite. The original was in my spam folder from the 28th of January. Hopefully I hear something next week. I think my breakaway was attending the FAPA job fair in Miami.

I think things are moving along very well now. From talking to other people who have done it recently an received the face to face invite, it seems that it should not take much more than a week to hear back after the video interview.

How was the job fair? I am planning on attending the one coming up in may... Do you have to have an application on file? Did you fill out your application long before the job fair? Im only asking because I filled out the application when it opened in October but I have not heard a word from AA

AA Hiring update
If you received a TBNT, how long did you receive it after applying? I applied about 3 months ago, but listed my start date over the summer. Not sure if that has any bearing on the email being sent out or if it's automatically generated upon completion of the assessment.
