I cannot reasonbly answer this question accurately. I would have to go through 5 logbooks, and it would take weeks to accomplish, assuming I didn't have a job or any other responsibilities. Any advice?
This seems pretty standard. FedEx and SWA use PilotCredentials, and require similar entries. AirlineApps doesn't require the night time and landings, but you still have to deal with the long process of breaking out time by aircraft type and when you last flew it. In any case, yeah - it's a PITA, but there's not an easy way around it.

Get yourself an electronic logbook and get it up to date ASAP. That's the best advice I can give. I would not recommend estimating the times.

Lot of server time outs, wonder why?

Well, for the Global Pilot Credentials, there doesn't appear to be a selection box yet for data sync to AA.PilotCredentials. FedEx and SWA are present, but not for AA.

This is on the AA.pilotcred page, so it appears they intend for synch to work:

If you currently have a Pilot Credentials Global profile, you can populate the data in your American Airlines profile by logging into your Global profile at https://global.pilotcredentials.com and scheduling a Global to American Airlines export from the Data Sync tab.

I'm gonna smoke a lucky and come back in a few hours once the techs have worked out the kinks ...

I did it with Airline Apps a number of years ago, and have kept it updated, so it hasn't been too bad, but I don't have the detail that Pilot Credentials asks for. If I did get an electronic logbook, there is no way I would have any intelligent information from it any time soon. I have about 5000 hrs of paper logbooks.

So is the only application through pilotcredentials or do you have to apply on the AA site as well?

I got all the syncing to work and no glitches this afternoon. the aa assessment was standard personality nonsense. Had to go back and QC all three products...aa global and SWA since they all have differences.

I've searched on the AA Career website to no avail, and there's no other information suggesting that we'd apply anywhere else...unless someone has any new intel they can share.
