Very recent new hire here. they only offer $5000 bonus, so any claims of $20,000 should be taken with bags of salt. They did bump up the referral bonus from 500$ to 1100$.
Can someone please give more information on ACY, PIT, CMH or MCI as bases for new hires? Are folks really getting ACY base? I had heard from recruiters that, that was for the E-190 pilots flying for Ceasers only.
I would be willing to answer any Qs about my experience of the interview process. Have not started training yet, so dont know what to expect in that area, but I will be able to say more about that in the next month or so.

How was the interview? Is there a written test? Did they mention what certs they are primarily hiring into?

On the face to face interview (2 on 1, line captain/FO and HR person) , lots of HR questions (difficult captain, worst flying mistake, traffic tickets that you disclosed on the app, emergency, what makes a good FO, why Republic). Got very few technical Qs. They made me feel at ease. Got the call the next day.
Read the interview gouges on willflyforfood and avaitioninterviews, they are spot on.
They mentioned the next class was Republic E-170 (lots of hiring for that) but they are also hiring for the Q400. not currently hiring for Shuttle America / Chataqua as far as what they told us.

Very professional. They have a 20 question knowledge test (from ATP Gleim book) and a Wonderlic test. Also a sim evaluation where you must follow the flight director.

Does OO still have a requirement that 2nd year turboprop FOs wear "special" underwear? Or is that just SLC based crews in general? I'd say definitely check out Compass and if OO has loosened up on the whole undergarment policy, then I suppose I'd look into that as well. However, if all fails, I'd rather have low pay than trot around in Oompa Loompa underwear all damn day.
