I never was able to make $44k at a regional flying the EMB-145. Guys could if they picked up tons of OT but they had to do it all 12 months of the year. I wanted a life outside of work. I mention this cus it helps put this job into perspective. 4on 3off $44k and home every night. Pay and home every night is huge! Wow. Lots of
pilots looking to start at regionals might want to take a look at this place. Get rid of the shiny jet syndrome and look at your lifestyle.
My first time hearing about Imagine Air.

I really don't like to condone regional airlines to anyone, but sometimes it might be the only realistic option of getting to the big boys for some individuals if that is what they have set their sights on. Just something to consider.

There is a training contract with this company. I don't think it is unreasonable to ask a employee to stick around for one whole year. The company can't afford to spend thousands of dollars on a transient that wants to build currency then leave. By the way I am not a job recruiter for this company. I'm a pilot for Imagineair only trying to spread information about our recent job posting. All these things brought by PotatoeChip are not "FinePrint" during the application process. There are no smoke and mirrors with this company and all terms and conditions are explained in plain English. If anyone has any questions feel free to message me. Cheers!

I put in my application when I had 1180 total time. I couldn't stand one more minute in the traffic pattern. instructing was cool for the first few months, but then after that it starts to wear on you. So when I hit part 135 mins I Sprinted out of that crummy flight school. It's a nice place to build real world experience before moving onto a job with jets.
