If you're talking about the Litmos stuff, same here. I emailed her back about it but she didn't respond. I have all day to kill tomorrow so I really wish I could use it to start knocking out any of the CBTs.

I was trying to figure out why the director of training hasn't been getting in touch with your guys about this stuff, as he was really on top of things during my newhire class. Turns out he's had to take a leave of absence due to some health issues =/
Sounds like it all got dumped on Jessica and Charlene, and they were busy as it is. I hate to tell you all to try to stay patient, but I think that's all of the advice I can give at this point.
