I can somewhat agree to this... But the fact is that TSA has a high washout rate. And the experience level isnt a lot different from other regionals when it comes to new hires...

First of all, thank you for the clarification. Second of all, that makes about as much sense as a football bat! Why would anyone fly left seat for right seat pay? Who signs for the a/c? Both F/O's? Why would you take on the responsibility with no pay increase? Am I missing something here?

Same reason people go to Mesa, or Gulfstream, etc: they're willing to sell out their fellow pilot for a leg up.

Both QX and AS have done this in the past. People will do what they feel they have to do. A bust is not something you want on your record, but with time and experience you should be able to explain to your next employeer why it happened and what you learned from it. That's my two cents, and with another forty-eight you can buy a cup of coffee.

Yes they are...just ask the American Eagle pilots.
TSA's American Connection A/C's still have AE registration on the tail.
As far as CQFO's you get paid captains pay when you fly left seat and FO pay when you fly right seat. And for the UND coment if i am not mistaken there are 4 guys from UND currently in GJ

Come on and get off the Eagle bit... It was not the TSA pilots willlingly taking those planes, unlike you, who WILLINGLY took a job at an airline that was created to whipsaw TSA.... You are really delusional.....You saw the chance to get ahead, on the backs of those who battled for a decent wage and contract, and took it... Good for you... You have proven yourself to be just like any ***** out there... Here you are, on a TSA thread, injecting your pathetic views and self justification... Wait..Let me guess.,.."Need to feed my family, no better than when TSA stole eagle flying, BLAH BLAH BLAH..." There are/were other jobs out there, Shortbus.... And for you to take a position, as did the other cretins there, and still try to justify screwing over the good folks at TSA, just proves that you all know you were wrong.... Weren't you going to the military? Looking for fertile new grounds to screw other people over?? Maybe "lose" a few fitness reports? Maybe frag someone who may have integrity and could be promoted before you? Maybe take a flight slot from someone by lying on your resume and putting in you Fitreps that you have unimpeachable integrity and "Never fail your comrades"????
