Flying the -200 is the best aviation school you could ever go to. Top that with a lot of international ops...
If you can take the 17/13 roster, i.e. no family yet, I say go for it.
Do your 2-3 years, upgrade, get at least 500 PIC time on the -200.
With that in your logbook, the world is your oyster.

do you mean experience-wise or flying skill-wise? is it a handful to fly in the real world? i was very impressed with the way the sim flew.

Anyone know the requirements to move from PFE to FO once onboard with Kalitta?

1500 hours pilot time, atp written, first class medical. Sim eval is not to be taken lightly, 3 out of 5 upgrades failed last month.

3 out of 5 captain upgrades? or fe to fo upgrades? are they forced to leave if they fail?

That wa the fe to fo upgrade. Those were eval ride busts. They just go back to their seat and must wait a year ( I think) to retry. Fo to capt bust is not very high (don't know the numbers)

i got an fo position, or at least i hope so! just kidding, they said they pretty much only hire pfe's
