Are you talking about at KASE specifically or in general? Not a Lynx guy but at Horizon the tailwind limitation for t/o and landing on the Q400 is 20kts. If the question was for the airport specifically then sorry, I don't know.
And to add to that, the 20kts is flap 35 only and on an uncontaminated runway.

Cat C.... hell full flap ref speeds can be down in the 115 range light weight.

what plane is that... not the 900 and I doubt the 200

that was a heavy landing speed for the Avro though.

170/175 for RAH is a Cat C
