I just spoke with GIS. They said they have all of my stuff and its in the final review phase. Ive also heard of others going to the JB review board and getting the pool email before GIS is complete. I guess they gather more information than needed.

According to GIS, I'm still technically not finished. They just got the last record they were waiting on this past Friday.
I had to call JB because I was having issues, and according to them they show my background check was complete. They said that PRIA was not required to offer employment, but the major stuff (criminal, NDR, employment verification, etc) was. So I don't really know when I was "time stamped complete" and put into the stack.
As long as I'm not alone I won't worry. I guess the review board just hasn't worked their way far down through the list yet.

Hey everyone! 3/15 interview, 5/22 Phase II complete. I know there are a bunch in the exact same boat.
Has anyone heard of a class date or anything? They haven't even responded to an email
I sent them on 5/22.... waiting...

Apparently the classes are going to be small this summer. I've heard that we should expect a late June or early July class date.

I called GIS 3 weeks ago. Report then was everything was back just waiting on NDR, the following week I called they said NDR was back but waiting on PRIA, scratching my head " You Said that was back last week" 2 days later I discovered by calling my past employers they never received the PRIA requests at the 2 month mark since interview. Come to find out whomever faxed the request out walked over to the fax and sent my entire stack of multiple employers to one employer. Failing to send them to each individual employer. The following Tuesday (May 23). GIS finally sent the PRIA requests out, all but one. Called Thursday and GIS said oh we are waiting on 1 employer to reply to the PRIA and DOT still has not been received. "Wait what? Did you even send it to DOT?. You told me you were waiting on NDR." "No we got that back on April 10th" They can't get their story straight. Fast forward to this past Monday. Another call to GIS and the notes on my case is they have been calling the one employer but have not received a call back. Well that is either a made up lie or they are calling the wrong people. I called my previous chief pilot of a 3 pilot government operation. He reports they never called him, HR or the aviation office manager. He has my records ready to go sitting on the corner of his desk for weeks waiting for the PRIA request to come in. I provided GIS with his email, company cell number, office number and no calls ever came in from GIS.
Here is something unsettling
GIS asked me if I received any of my copies of my PRIA records back and if so could I send them to GIS. I said absolutely not. That is a violation of federal law. My records have to come from those employers. JetBlue should seriously reevaluate the contract they have with GIS. GIS is not an aviation company and their employees do not know what the regs of the Pilot Records Improvement Act.
So for this 3/15 interviewee GIS has yet to complete the background check in a timely organized professional fashion.

I wouldn't trust that information. I haven't received a straight answer from GIS. GIS told me that as information is received it gets entered into GIS computer system, once in the system JetBlue can instantly see what GIS is looking at. So "Mailing it" sounds to me as the person who told you has no clue how it all works. I would just interpret it as your stuff is done.
