This is such bulls#!t. It can only be true if ATC has it out for JB. Other airlines haven't been hovering below 50% on time. It's hard to look customers in the eye knowing how terrible the on time performance is. I WANT to be proud of my company's performance. Sadly, I can't.

Blaming ATC is not the answer. There is only so much runway space in JFK and BOS. When you schedule 40 flights in a 60 minute period in the late afternoon to both airports in the middle of thunderstorm season, you can only blame yourself. Management's job is to understand the environment they work in and create solutions. JB needs to get creative, develop a long term growth plan that takes this into account and not blame ATC for delays they help create. They are in the big leagues now, play and act like it!
