I'd say if you have make it to Phase II your odds are very good. I don't have any numbers to give you though. We're still growing at a good rate and we're probably going to lose a bunch to recalls now that the legacies are taking people back.

Has someone received an actual offer from March 9???, I got an email from VK notifying phase 2...knowing how urgent they need to fill up the classes how long for the call??? (my background check is pretty quick, so I heard from another employer)

I'm still waiting to hear, but I'm nervous because I saw a post on an interview gouge website that said he was already hired and a training date. I thought they said a week to notify for phase 1, so I guess they are still in that window (give or take a few days). how do they notify, email or phone call?

I classed up last week. Interviewed on the 2nd. There are about 7 guys in my class that interviewed the 9th and were offered spots in my class. Yes, calls went out. No idea if ALL went out. They seem to be pretty efficient at calling folks within a week at the most. oh and grim, not much time for the tennis game here. only one of the local hotels have courts and its not the one the pilot classes stay at (hawthorn).
