I stream HBO and Showtime on my commute. I rarely have an issue. If I do, I stretch and come back and it works again. If it still doesn't work I bite my nails and shake till I'm on the ground.

Better than being a defeated self-made victim of the industry I guess. I see the race to the bottom is alive and well. Sounds like you deserve what you deserve, no contract.

You should know that I mostly posted this because I saw other people next to me complaining to no end about it and about how hot the cabin was kept. I felt so bad for these people that I decided to ask on here.

That made me laugh :-) Pretty easy to attack someone on here. Too bad you keel over to your management so easily. Somehow I doubt you would give that kind of reply to your CEO. Perhaps you should pay more attention to your customer experience rather than just attacking here.

Lmao �� Interesting you pint out attacking when your first and second posts do just that. Good push back. Maybe you could add some more color to your original question by describing the device you're using? What seat you were in? How much you paid for your ticket? We actually know and dial the internet speed according to the cost of the seat.
