We’re really still conducting video interviews? It still blows my mind that the people that make those decisions have their head in the sand on how bad the next couple years will be. Not just Jetblue...Spirit is still running new-hire classes for some reason.

flight addendums
last month i got the invite to do the audio interview with B6. It was the basic few questions where you record your answers. After a week of my audio interview submission, i got a email asking to complete a flight addendums sheet which asks you in depth about your training failures. I sent that in as well and i got a confirmation email that they have received it and will let me know of the next step. It has been over a month and I have not heard anything yet, which is understandable considering the health crisis were all going through and I didnt or dont expect to hear anything soon as i know everyone is almost on a hiring freeze. However, since its been over a month, and i have not received the email with bad news ( TBNT), does this mean i passed that phase and whenever hiring is resumed, I will be contacted for the next step. I know its gonna be a long wait but as long as I dont get the TBNT i feel optimistic. Appreciate all of your feedback. Stay safe, healthy and fly safe.

I received an email today saying that I had passed the phone screen but in person interviews are postponed until further notice.
The email basically encouraged me to pursue other opportunities if they become available but if recruiting resumes I would be contacted for the in person.

I would say if we furlough one pilot it will be at the least a year And a half before we even begin interview process again. We are under staffed all the time...it’s rediculous plus we got pick up *****s who need 130 hrs of flying a month to make the boat payment and recital dance lessons...
