I would say this makes it easy for you. If all you want is MCO just apply to both and go with who calls first. In a way just wanting an MCO base really take a lot out of the decision and breaks it down to really two airlines or as the other guy said three with SFB in there.
As far as the future for JetBlue I'm not super worried. We just took a big hit to our route network thanks to the storms and will still be making money. Now you can debate the network all day and that's a fair debate but cash and finance wise JetBlue is in a pretty strong position. The thing is the future might not be sexy. We may just keep slowly growing building out BOS and FLL and moving on with MCO with the new terminal. Adding airplanes but in a way boring and good boring but nothing major. Or we could do this trans Atlantic thing and that might really takeoff like Mint has. In the end I think it will be just as stable as SWA, I honestly don't see why we wouldn't be.
JetBlue has some decisions it needs to make on what it wants to be.
Our management team is very very quiet and that is definitely a change from the past CEO. The problem is it just leaves all of us guessing and with their track record that's not a great feeling.
My opinion is we do the 321lr over the pond and we keep growing BOS FLL and eventually MCO. But as many will tell you on here I'm an optimistic person when it comes to JetBlue.
In the end I don't think you could go wrong with either if it's only about MCO.
Good luck.

MCO is very senior and in my opinion JetBlue is not worth the commute while you wait for your seniority to build up. Once you end up holding MCO you be at bottom of the list for a long time and reserve rules at JetBlue are one of the worst in the industry. We have plenty of pilots that live in MCO area and they choose to commute to JFK just to get off of reserve. Mid-seniority MCO Airbus FO can actually be a line holding Airbus CA in JFK... Something to think about.

My friends at SWA often encourage me to apply there, I tell them that I don’t want to leave one seniority list with a so little movement for another one with little movement. But I am starting to reconsider.
