Heard the wh0res in MCO are making bank and flying lots of trips for VDA pay. RSA every day, most of the pairings get split by CS to get them covered.

ALl that management preaches is OTP and efficiencies. New FOM procedures for improving OTP. Let’s save $300mil too!! Oh wait, we’ll pay the pilots double pay and that will help? There’s a tipping point to where guys just can’t fly everyday.

19 hrs pay

10hrs gone from home... great gig if you can get it.

I mean you not me because I’d just assume stay home.

Hate to correct you, sir, but all management preaches these days is clean, clean, clean. OTP is second to cleaning and culture.

We at JB don't incentivize with actual money. We use CULTure as our currency and threaten with punishment if CULTure doesn't create compliance (pilot janitors cleaning cabins while jumpseating/non-reving to work).

Our management calls Delta a "failed model" with your "financial incentives".
