You are missing the point. Jetblue wins by cutting things. It's a can't lose formula.

I’m going to start taking bets on how long Robin makes it as ceo. Where should the line start 18 more months?

I believe they like to call that a succession plan. Its truly frightening to think of Jetblues future. Gigity spends more time trying to implement useless announcements and forcing pilots to stand in the door way waving goodbye than fixing the operational issues that continuously plague this airline. Christie is wholly focused on pilots correctly wearing their uniforms(I agree) but the focus is clearly misguided and we continue to lag the industry in OTP metrics.

Gigity has the ability to make changes RIGHT NOW yet based on her experience nothing is happening. When she becomes CEO what changes? Jetblue has NEVER been the type of airline to hire experience because experience will ultimately supplant. Its a scary future.

I will never stand in the doorway again. You will now find me in the cockpit hiding. I used to stand there when I had time. Not now. Never. Again.

Add up the amount of unpaid work time she just added to the average trip adds up quick. Via hidden FOM change...

ALPA? ALPA? Hellooooo...

If ALPA is left to do it, don't expect it this century. They are controlled opposition with the jellyfish that curently run it. It's better just to do it on your own and bypass ALPA altogether. Sign mass petitions and be sure to mention ALPAs inaction.

So the union should take the stand of voting no confidence in the COO? Should this happen every time the COO adds a new FOM policy or should it happen each time industry metrics are published? Just curious.

You are truly as bad as the BP crowd. The conspiracy theorist aplenty just love to start controversy.

I would be happy if they stood up for us. Since they don't. Lots of money for PEA 2018 and crickets on unilateral work rule changes and exploitation.
