Improvements = not good enough. If you start from the bottom, just because you make a penny more, it doesn't fix the gross underpay problem.
No amount of legalisms will fix the sub-standard rates in the AIP bulletpoints. Bozo, you may be senior enough to exploit the "rules" but 99% of the rest of BJ pilots will not.

Can the final language change/contradict the bulletpoint AIP Pay Rates by offering a whole new table with different rates?
Or can they only say something like BaseRate x 2 pay for RSAs?

We know the AIP bulletpoints specify Pay Rates.

I didn't say that you can't. I'm just saying that the work rules matter more than the pay rates in a vacuum. In other words, you cannot tell of rates are good or bad until you see the language that determines how those rates are implemented.
Until we see the language associated with those pay rates, we have no idea if they are good or bad.

I don't disagree they are equal... we got played in terms of rates. Only the 1% senior guys will be able to really take advantage of the rules in order to compensate for the industry trailing pay rates of the AIP bulletpoints.
We need PAY & RULES. No compromise on that.

If anything just vacation round bidding alone will make for a more fair vacation system vs the top heavy one we have now.
Btw no matter what the top guys will always do better. It’s the rules that move stuff to the lower guys. Why do you think at AMR or Delta it’s the senior guys going for pay first. Because they already are senior. We have seen it here on bluepilots there are a bunch of guys that don’t care about scope or work rules they just want pay.....hint they are not junior pilots.

That’s not even true but who cares right.
