I just went through the process 9 months ago. There was a pilot and a person from HR. Then I went to talk to a chief pilot with another HR person. I'm not sure what you mean my committee. I'm talking about the hiring process that we went through.

I think I had an FA on mine. Thinking back, it's a miracle I got through it. I didn't do any paid prep service, and really didn't know much about how JetBlue interviews. It was stupid, honestly.

The blue gloves you wore to the interview made you a shoo-in. Well done.

I’m in the same boat. Lots of line and chief pilots at the interview, both interview sessions had a pilot and an HR pro. Seemed similar to interviews at previous jobs.

I had a fa as well. Hence why I called the guy who knew all of our hiring practices but was brand new a troll...

WTF? I just said that when I came through I didn't have a Flight Attendant in my process. I never said that I knew all of the nuances of the system. I'm pretty sure someone who just came through as a new hire knows it better than someone like you, who went through it a long time ago.
