Looking at my $325 profit sharing distribution in BCSS and thinking about my $13,000 check in 2017 has really got me steamed today. I was a 6 year 320FO during the 2016 season where we made less net profit than 2018. So, my Captain All Star 2018 season I get $325. How can I possibly wrap my crew member brain around a 97.8% pay cut???? How can I continue to provide the jetblue experience?
I’m leaving. Adios Jetblue. Replace me with a zero PIC time pilot who’s ready to fly a jet. Oh yeah I have a $hit ton of Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Ocean crossings. So sorry you’re driving out the people who could help this place find it’s way across the Atlantic. But how can we go to Europe if we can’t get jets out of Las Vegas when a SNOW STORM IS FORECAST!! -Bubs At least JB wasn't mean to that passenger who wouldn't give up his seat. M'I-right J-Train?!?!? |

$325 profit sharing as a 320 Captain? That’s less than first year FOs got at the AA Wholly Owned Regionals...
As an outside observer, I was surprised the pilot group didn’t vote down the TA after seeing the gains that Delta and Southwest got their second time around this last cycle. Yea, he’s a loser. I got $450. 10.... year... Captain. |

You don’t know this pilot group... everyone of us on here that said no to it were told we were just negative and wouldn’t be happy at delta etc
It didn't help that B6ALPA even bothered to pass along the TA in the first place. When you send a ray of hope, even a substandard one, to a group of defeated people who don't know any better, what do you think will happen? JB pilots have learned to love their low standards, lack of self respect, and loser management team. |

It was 14.1%. Based strictly off flight pay. My W2 showed about $315K but that included perdiem and last years profit sharing.
My gross profit sharing was around $36K and my net take home was $22.7K. I live in IL. I’m not saying this to brag, just clearing up the confusion. https://www.deseretnews.com/article/590042613/JetBlue-boosts-profit-sharing.html |

IMHO with your experience, you would be a perfect fit at FedEx (if you don’t mind flying at night)
