Saint Nick..Really?! A bunch of excited Veterans looking for jobs, going to VIB which IMHO is the best recruiting event that JB has and you are on here raining on their parade.

Classy...real classy......You work here? Tell us oh great why you work here? What did you do that was so much better than them? ........No company can hire enough Vets IMHO.

It sounds like we are also sad you will miss it this year. I think its hard for people to understand that no matter how much you hate where you are its a step up for us and a career move. I am excited for VIB even if I don't get the interview call at least I can meet some like minded people.

I’ve said many times on here and in the cockpit I’m happy at work. I like my job and what not but I’m not invested in this company at all when all I get from management is nada. Why should I care about saving the apu if I get nada back. Why should I care about being on time if they aren’t going to cater the flights properly.

I get your point, SN, and agree with some of what you say. However, "know your audience" applies here. There are PLENTY of other threads where your complaints will fit in with others. This particular thread is about trying to help Veterans get hired. Let's keep it about them, eh?

Default Morning and afternoon session!

I received the “non pilot” invitation as well and emailed them to ask the obvious question....

Great news for all who are waiting!! I just heard back from them and they are in fact doing a morning and afternoon session.

“ For the first time, we will be hosting an afternoon pilot session as well in order to accommodate the large amount of pilots that showed interest in our event.”

Hope everyone who is interested gets a shot!!! Good luck to all.

That's awesome! Last year there was only one session, and many people were unable to attend due to space and time.

When they say a morning event for pilots and afternoon for non pilots they are referring to in the Military, correct? So military non pilots would attend the non pilot session.
