Here’s my timeline:

Submitted application 4/21/19
Video Screen submitted 7/1/19
Interviewed 8/14/19
Entered phase two 8/27/19
Phase two complete/entered the pool 10/29/19
Got a call for a class date 12/17/19
Will start training 1/8/20

When you get to phase 2 are you basically hired unless something crazy comes back from your background check? Or is there another layer of approval once you’re checks come back waiting for a class date?

I remember maybe five years ago they were having some new-hire training issues. Anyone who already made it through Phase 2 who didn’t have enough recency hours were getting asked to build more recency before moving on.
