Definitely hope I'm not wrong...
JetBlue is the top Senate Democrat's baby. I wouldn't worry about JB getting left out of the deal.

Indeed true. Schumer had been publicly against an airline bailout, but I personally believe it is posturing to get more of his priorities addressed in the negotiations. There just is no way he actually opposes assisting airlines in NYC. No way.

Politics.

Do we think that all of the incentive lines are going to get filled?

I would bet there are enough captains to do it. Fo side might be a little harder to fill.

Airbus FO will get filled I believe. Typically the Airbus is more senior plus the higher rates compared to the E190. A good portion of the 190 pilots are predominately junior, so at more risk of furlough as well and might need more time building a rainy day fund.

About 75% of new hires went to the bus over the last 15 months.
Food for thought.

Even with a bailout there will be furloughs.

Of the 487 people hired in the past 15 months who are still on property, 225 are 190 (46,2%) and 262 are 320 (53,8%).
