Exactly. The data simply doesn’t exist yet to formulate the plan forward. And probably won’t for months. They’ll probably model (buzzword nowadays) for various scenarios.

With that said, I thought yesterday’s pocket session had a more positive tone than what I heard since this pandemic started. They mentioned a few times about being in a position to take advantage of some opportunities that might be available. Also mentioned that they’ve seen an uptick in future bookings in the winter. All subject to change of course, so we’ll see.

Agree with Nuball, if you look at all the Airlines and compare Long-Term Debt vs CapEx, B6 has a strong balance sheet, second only to WN. So, financially B6 is on relatively solid ground.

That being said no Airline can last on Zero revenue for very long, so ALL airlines need to hope for a timely economic recovery, including B6.

So to answer AMC’s question who knows about furlough #’s, anyone’s guess at this point. Preserve cash, hope for revenue soon for all airline employees.

These shutdowns have to cease immediately. People wont have any disposable income to travel if these dbag govs dont open up the economy. 45K ? Is that it?

Training center doesn’t seem to be re-opening any time soon. And no communication from the company...

There's an exemption from the FAA that allows for up to a 2 calendar month extension to CFR 14, 121.439(a)...recent experience. Exemption 18511.

My airline is approved for this exemption. Perhaps JB is, as well.

what do you mean no communication from the company? They just said it was closed to the 15th. Then there’s “literally” an email every day going over and over and over all the what they are doing.

What would be the furlough percentage at B6, if they have to do it at some point? I know there are many variables, but is there any percentage in consideration? Legacies with aprox 14000 pilots, are looking around 4000 to 4,500 or 30%!!

don’t shoot!!!

The furlough percentage is set at 18.377%.

Gup🙄

JG said mid to late May, so hopefully that means they’re starting to narrow down on a date. If you’re part of the latest System Bid cancellation and needing of Requal....sit back and relax it’s going to be awhile. First priority will be all the CQT’s that we’re postponed.

And then factor in the 500 downgrades/transitions for the Fall/Winter. ;)
