Small shareholders of B6 are arguably the second biggest victims of this management team, following the employees of course. Holding anything less than a board seat worth of shares of this company is just asking to be taken advantage of.
The second they see free cash they go after the most bone headed investments they can, and absolutely refuse to invest in the product. (I include operational performance, customer service, and employee morale in "product".)
After that its stock buybacks no matter how inflated the stock price.

From JB's APC profile page:
Profit Sharing: Profit Sharing: Pilots receive pro rata share of the 10% of adjusted pretax income before profit sharing and special items up to a pre-tax margin of 18%. The result is reduced by 5% of eligible compensation. If the Company’s resulting pre-tax margin exceeds 18%, Pilots will receive profit sharing based on their pro rata share of 20% of profits above the 18% pre- tax margin computed as above.

74% voted for 0.0%!
So pardon me for getting every weekend off in perpetuity and when I decide to pick up an extra $7K twice a month, for a 1 leg and Mint seat back, I WILL!
