Well, if you ever wondered what management thought about pilot negotiations timelines, looks like they said the quiet part out loud.

“Earned” my @$$.

Management doesn’t sell tickets based upon what they have “earned” by negotiating it with customers over months and years, they sell tickets based upon WHAT THE MARKET WILL BEAR now and a couple months from now. If they think it’s going to be any different they are in for one he// of a surprise, if not with this CABA at least with the JCBA.

My guess is there isn’t a snap up either.

Hopefully this delay will finally **** off the juicers and make them want to fight for something.

Probably won’t need one. The details of DAL’s new AIP are out. Management’s heel-dragging has just netted them another contract for us to compare anything they offer against.

The timing is great. But I still see JetBlue being difficult.

The airlines knew the landscape before the AIP was announced! DAL's AIP is no surprise to BlueJet or B6ALPA!

It wouldn’t surprise me if NK management will drag its heels until they see what B6 management is able to limit their give to.

Parity at some point is inevitable, but if that inevitably can be kicked 24-36 months down the road, the savings are astronomical, even with attrition…

yep. The MECs all talk. Especially when everyone is nearing the end game at the same time.

So can we just skip ahead to the inevitable labor dispute?
