Some aren't surprised, some haven't learned, some are too stupid to ever learn.

Ill be surprised, there’s more unison against who they hired recently.

When they can’t fill a class they will care…. 1500 hr pilots coming to a right seat near you.

Why would even a 1500 hr pilot come here? They could make more at a regional, progress to the left seat and make it to a legacy within 2-3 years. Let this company reap what they sow.

Those airlines that are about to get a deal "after 4 years" will also be hiring 1,500 hour pilots. Why go to blue?

I mean, if they don’t think we’ve “earned” competitive pay, then maybe I’ll re-consider my decision to stay and instead look towards pilot groups that have.

Come to think of it, that’s a truly bizarre position to take. Other companies have demonstrated an unwillingness to work sensibly and expeditiously with their pilots. We have an opportunity to show everyone that we’re different, an opportunity to demonstrate what a great place this company can be, and instead we wilfully choose to be not just stubborn but, the way I read that, overtly hostile. Pay aside, that’s a huge red flag to potential new hires!
