On the 320 it seems like two upgrading CAs are often getting paired together, at least through the Ps and Ms. In the Ls, it seems like they try and switch the schedules to match you up with an FO.

that’s the way it’s been on the 190 for awhile. If I get a fo that has been here for more than 6 months I’m happy.

I just try and remember that someone showed me “the ropes” once. I don’t really have a problem with it. But if you don’t have any experience you’d better have an awesome attitude and I’m not buying the beer. 😂

Right, but, it wasn't in an Airbus where you were learning some of the fundamentals of aviation... We are all always learning, myself included. But most of us weren't on the front side of the learning curve when we got to mainline...

I’m not saying it’s right. But I’m not going to blame the guy next to me for getting hired. That said, if I see a safety issue, that’s different.

Agree, not his/her fault the company is choosing not to compete for highly qualified pilots.
