No matter how you vote… I love that ya’ll are arguing with one another over comparing temporary agreements to full on multi year negotiation CBA’s at legacies. Apples to Oranges.

He’s abrogated his duties as an officer and failed in his duties to best represent this pilot group on multiple occasions. He willfully ruled against educating the group on the value of profit sharing when. He continues to intentionally keep the value of profit sharing out of the contract comparison guide. He is a disgrace and ought to never be allowed anywhere near a union position in the future. He’s dangerous to the members of B6ALPA. His title may as well be chief JetBlue flight ops negotiator. I wouldn’t even be surprised if jetblue stopped paying F&H since Chris Kenney does a better job screwing the pilots.

Especially coming into possible merger negotiations, we don’t need this butt sniffing management licking’, YouTube crying, fake pilot rep as our MEC chair. He is the epitome of sell out.

Okay, but shouldn't the small number of issues addressed at least be at the top of the industry? They are fresh pay rates, why start from behind when compared to other new pay rates (Alaska has guaranteed 5% bonus, no reason not to include that in their pay)? We have JB snap-up a month before Alaska's snap up? Why kick the can again on profit sharing? We were told "you don't get profit sharing when the company is profitable", well that sounds like NOW. Waiting until JCBA when the company might be more profitable doesn't seem like a great idea. And we are gonna have to have this fight at some point.

Some of us are sick of it always being NEXT time.

Amen to this. If you constantly keep kicking the can down the road, no one will take us seriously when we say “this time it’s the line in the sand and we won’t cross it!”

We have the ugliest uniform on the industry world wide. Is so embarrassing.

I actually like having blue shirts, but everything else being a different shade of blue is just silly. Black or charcoal pants and jacket would be much better.

Just to be clear... nothing is "Guaranteed".... The "Alaska Air Group Performance Based Pay Plan" is for every AS/Horizon employee, and the AS CBA only states their pilots will participate in the program. The AS BOD can modify/cancel this program...... "The Board, acting on its own or through the Committee, retains the right to modify the Plan at any time in any manner".

Wow we resemble that, and our BOD changed it as AS probably will when it suits them. PS is a lost venture at JetBlue.

I’ll take their plan and their historical pay out over B6’s current plan, contractual or not. And just because it isn’t contractual doesn’t mean it should be dismissed as a comparison. They aren’t paid in Monopoly money. It still has value, despite what the B6ALPA talking points say.
