Can we talk about how bad our health insurance is and how it's totally a reason to leave?

When it comes to cost, the company does what benefits the business, nothing more.

Don't be surprised if PS commuting comes back for summer, why? Because it will probably benefit the company enough to be more reliable while they run hot through the summer, or not for pilots since we are a lot more responsible. It's business. The CBA is all we got, hold them to that. Anything more from the company is just fluff. Thanks and move on.

Edit: I will say though they could've given a more concrete decision on PS commuting before bidding closed for Feb. The first concrete email I see about ending PS commuting was on Jan 12th. Too late to bid differently.
How would have PS commuiting changed your bidding strategy? Whether its a confirmed seat, or a standby seat, you still have to meet the minimum requirements for the commuter policy. If you don't make it on, go home.

Marty St George is back, which is really good news for JB. One of the best and brightest that we let go.

So to sum things up, we have a CEO (former EVP of HR) at the helm. She chose an actual operator as Chief Operating Officer and an actual seasoned airline executive as president. I’d say she’s had a good few weeks.

I'm warming.
