It would be crazy to have an effective date in feb 2025 a month prior to expiration of rights. My opinion Are you referring to canceled award rights or to displacement rights through 2025 or something? |
Received ca award for JFK 320 effective December 2023 but displaced in supplemental bid back in march of 2023.
