Ok understood. Now lets say you get it back with the August bid could they have you start training the same year with an effective date like december or even november 2024 since the rights expire in 2025 around march?
It would be crazy to have an effective date in feb 2025 a month prior to expiration of rights. My opinion

How would you have a prior claim through 2025? I don’t recall any displacements being effective after April 30th last year but maybe I missed something.

Are you referring to canceled award rights or to displacement rights through 2025 or something?

Received ca award for JFK 320 effective December 2023 but displaced in supplemental bid back in march of 2023.
Given displacement rights which last until 2025.

Not enough information here. You only have prior claim rights for 1 year after your displacement effective date.

Any speculation as to why our supreme leaders flew to Toulouse to talk with Airbus?

This is unfortunately the most likely answer.

Our management team's decisions for the past 12 years will be taught in business schools, and not in a good way.

Tech ventures will pay off any day now.

I don’t think there’s any evidence of that and so it’s hard to say that’s the most likely answer. I guess we’ll know in May.
