Agreed, been lacking with the lounges and also FC. The FC is supposedly being rolled out slowly. Back to the lounges, for those to help drive business travelers, I don’t think 2 will do it. You’d need them in every major city we fly into and I would also have to assume lounges in Europe as well.

Also most business travelers get tickets through corporate travel and don’t book their own individual airline tickets. To business destinations. Not SDQ.

Lots of connections to be made yes, but the point was we had previously focused on business more than we do now. The previous poster said we never focused on business travel, which is the point I disagreed with.
