I especially loved the JD Power award email this morning.

The epitome of good people, good product, bad management.

Great product, voted number 1 is great and all but if the company is bleeding money what’s the point? Are we going to be serving espresso in a lie flat seat on the last flight number left in the air before the doors close?

It just goes to show that onboard product alone isn't going to guarantee profits. Network, schedule, operational reliability are the big ones.

Put those suckers on a sticker by the door and make people feel like they’re getting a premium experience, then price it accordingly.

Delta are the masters of marketing spin. We basically stuff our trophies in a box and hide them.

So many a time in Dave Barger auditorium some non flying “crew member” with a mic in hand would say …”I’m always stopped and people say ‘Oh I love JetBlue’”
……..they just leave out the part where they say ‘they just don’t go anywhere’

Been about as long as since Dave Barger was in charge that I’ve personally heard that said by a non employee.

For me it was the prefabricated CASS outage. They pulled the plug because there was nothing else to be said in this weekly FLT OPS update
