Check the scroll back, I don’t think asset sales will trigger the 25% provision in section 1 forcing pilots to go with JFK gates/slots for instance. Benz just relayed that the union apparently thinks this would trigger the clause. Neither of us are saying gates/slots = ASMs. Contact ALPA since they are the ones making that assurance.
