Velocipede (dump name, dump picture)

you are an idiot.
Your union love is childish - you probably believe in the Easter Bunny, too.
JetBlue is the best airline I have ever worked for(including American Airlines, American Eagle, Comair, Kitty Hawk)partly because we don't have to adjust our behavior to 'contractual issues' imposed by some dump ass union lawyer puke.

Who do you work for? Have courage and stop hiding behind that ugly mask.
Apologies if this is not a mask but a real photo of you.

Please help educate the lurkers and posters on this forum of the great things JB has contributed to the profession of airline pilots?? Please tell of the industry leading things you and your contemporaries are doing to improve your chosen profession??

Let's see - compared to AA first year pay is TWICE as much !!!
I've been here for 7 months and just got back from 15 days of vacation, that was not possible at the big, bad AMR Co. for years.
I'll be off Christmas and New Years - that never happened during the 5 years with AA.
It is fun to go to work and interact with fellow employees - we call them crewmembers. That did not occur at AA or AE ever.
It is fun to deliver a product to our customers (Passengers in everybody's elses lingo) which they actually like. Positive feedback from them - that also did not happen at AMR.
Embracing new tech - laptops with auto-update manuals versus the paperwork nighmare with revisions.
Live TV and XM Radio and future WiFi Internet in flight - after one flight with JetBlue all other airlines seem so outdated.
Free uniforms including Leather Jacket and baggage - ever noticed how sharp we look? Cargo guys take note -our F/A's have to wear High Heels.
Great pilot group - most guys are on their 4th airline and know...

Overall a positive outlook on life, the universe and everything - something you angry, mad at the world, sorry ass union believers never will understand.

So much for now, Happy Thanksgiving.

Industry leading high heels

.

Well your $51 per hour first year is good, better than many, but hardly industry leading.
Laptops, auto-update manuals, live TV XM radio..... definitely industry leading.
Free uniforms?? Sorry others beat you guy to it. and, no I never noticed how sharp you look, but I'll check out the high heels when the opportunity presents.;)

Still, I can't help feel that if you got to boast about your FA's shoes, your reaching to show the rest of your profession the industry leading things that JB is bring to this industry. By the way, your 12 year (when you have one :D ) capt's on the E-190 will make less than a second year FedEx 727 FO. But you do get the high heels to look at. :D

Happy Thanksgiving

Don't know about you, but I can do without seeing all those male FAs in high heels.

But that is just me.

I'll admit I prefer flying on jetblue then any other carrier. I'm a big fan of the live tv. I also like the blue chips lol. As far as working for them I don't know im not there yet, but being a passenger it's spoiled me. Hate not having a tv in front of me now. Being that I live 10 minutes from JFK, jetblue has become my airline of choice.

btw... just an observation.. ive never seen you jblue guys wearing caps, is it just me or?
not that it really matters, just something I noticed.

G(scab)man,

Shame on you. A former ALPA member who willingly went to work for a non-union company who for the past 6 years has actively undercut Union contracts.

Bet you'd cross the first picket line you come to just to get another flying job after B6 collapses.

YOU are just another cancer cell in the B6 tumor.

I think you get my point. It is hard enough to get 60% of a group to agree on something. When 99% agree to put it all on the line, they must have a good point. That's all.

I've known a couple of people who left FedEx because they hated it. Does that mean nobody should come to replace him?

I've only been at JB a relatively short time, but I am very happy here. Of course I'd like more $$$ - wouldn't we all. I am confident we'll get there.
