Even if we raise our CASM to match theirs, will we have worldwide international widebody flying that many pilots aspire to fly????
Will we have retirements by the thousands and the upward seniority progression that comes with it????
Will we have domiciles in more locations that pilots want to live in????
Will we have the same network breadth that make AA, UAL and DL so attractive to corporate and business travelers????
JB is not AA, UAL or DL. So I can completely understand why people would leave for those better opportunities, and it is for reasons far greater than just benefits and pay.

Probably none. You can't make this place something it isn't.

Attrition isn't your job to worry about. You fly jets, nothing more.
