I was given an offer for the Jan 21 class on New Years Eve. Interviewed on 9/30. I'm pretty sure it's filled by now at 14 people I think.

I agree , they loose great candidates because of the hiring process here . Sure they are trying to weed out guys who will bail right away, but there are those that would stay.... When the hiring grows more than it already is, I think they'll realize they may need to pick up the pace.
