I'm optimistic JB will become a great place. I mean southwest was the worst of worst years ago...now look at them. I have 39 years left.
Holy crap! You're 24? Good work getting on with a major at such a young age.

I'm 33 and thought I was getting in early.

26 now. 25 when I got hired. But thank you! I'm very blessed but also scared because A LOT can go down in 39 years!

From your jetblue email address, send a msg to [email protected] with your name/employee ID# and they will get it set up.

I'm dying too. Thought for sure calls would be going out this week since they had been giving about of month notice for the recent classes. Atleast there is 3 classes planned for April and I'm hoping they hit the 20s in each class

skypilot,
No need to bring your 214, you won't need it. You are on the low side hours wise, but you are competitive. I know it's beaten to death on APC, but try to network and get to know some B6 guys/gals. The golden ticket to an interview at jetBlue is a BD, imho. It worked for me. Good luck!

It's on a lottery system now. So not everyone gets one.

I don't think your being negative.
You two just have very similar views.
I agree with some of them, but I do see us being 5000 pilots at some point, alone or a merger.
