I have heard in the past that employee referrals were handled in the app by putting the employees jetblue email address in but that doesn't seem to be an option. It does ask if anyone referred you and it seems to be a free-type space, but doesn't specifically ask for email address. Any hints here?

"Someone at JetBlue suggested that I apply for a position. How
can I obtain a reference from them?
Once you have applied for a specific position online, you will receive an email thanking you for applying. In addition, you will receive another email with a link that you may forward to a Crewmember(s) of your choice in which he/she could complete the reference."
I never received another email other than the auto reply that they received my app. Anyone else have any insight to this?

It's a shame, that system worked really well. I had a bunch of JB guys that were happy to put in a good word through the link. I am almot certain that is one of the reasons I landed here.

So the last page of the app is a place to upload scanned/saved docs. Is that what has to be done now? Also, once the app is submitted it can't be changed so if you didn't get a rec in then you won't get one attached. Seems odd.
