Can you share the email for their talent and acquisition? I tried emailing back the automated email where I got the Thanks but no thanks but it bounced back. I'd really like to try and better myself and figure out my shortcomings. Also, trying to figure out when I can apply again for eligibility as candidate.

Honestly, you’re likely a flight risk according to them. You can easily get on with a legacy with those times walking in at the bottom. So many guys are getting into the school house and leaving mid training or shortly after they probably don’t want to take on the risk of losing the training investment. I would bet we are losing millions right now in this scenario.

That's such a disappointment to hear. I wish I could convey to them that I am not interested nor have that mindset.

agreed… they’ve been burned a lot lately so I get it on their end too.

When I was at the school house recently during recurrent that conversation came up waiting for the sim to get free…the instructor we had told us that he had a guy in the sim get a call in the middle of the sim session and he walked out right there and then to Delta. Ballsy thing to do but, that kind of thing is happening.

The guys in these training departments talk. A quick phone call could take both airlines off the board real quick. To get up and walk out of the sim right there?? That’s a character issue.

That’s the generation that are of the majority of hiring right now. Some may have not ever held a job in their life other than a revolving door flight school.

I'm shocked to read this. jetBlue is incredible. If I get hired I'm deleting all my apps. Once The Great Disruptor acquires Spirit, it will be game on against The Big Four! If you're gonna pi$$ like a puppy, then git off the porch... let the big Dawgs eat!
