It took some time to hear back. I submitted my flight history and I heard back about 9 weeks later. Granted, it seems that things have begun to speed up since I’ve done my interview. I had a friend apply and do that form and heard back about a week later. So YMMV. Good luck!

What’s the timeline from successful interview to getting the drug testing / finger printing emails?

I want to make sure I’m available to test within 7 days of receiving them (per the instructions). Thanks!

I received the email about moving on to phase two about 24 hours after my interview. I believe I received all the emails about the background checks and fingerprints shortly after. Maybe a day or so later?

FWIW I didn’t get my emails for the drug test and background screen until after they called me with my CJO. And it was was like 3 days after that.

Default Hearing back after applying-timeline

Does anyone know how long it is currently taking the JetBlue hiring and recruitment team to get back to applicants regarding intial applications? JetBlue is currently my number one choice in terms of airline jobs. I have over 1000 turbine hours and over 300 TPIC so I feel like I have a decent chance at an interview at least. However, its been about a month now since I've applied and I havent heard anything back from JetBlue. I've also applied to Spirit, Southwest and Frontier and all of them have responded quickly to my application with in person interview invitations. However as I said JetBlue is my number one choice, mainly due to base locations, and I haven't heard back from them at all. When I log onto the JetBlue application portal, it still lists my application as under review. I emailed talent aquisition and support about a week ago and they responded to me saying that communications regarding applications are delayed right now because of the high amount of applications they have been recieving. However, when I applied initially, I accidently selected that I had worked for JetBlue in the past. This was a mistake and I emailed them right away to notify them and correct this. However I am begining to worry that because of this mistake, my application may not be getting processed correctly or is somehow lost in cyberspace. Is anybody else who has recently applied also experiencing a long wait time to hear back? Any of your insights will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

I applied March 22 and received an automated email the next day that my application was under review.
March 26 they emailed again and said due to high demand they were pursuing other candidates.

For the record I have 4000 PIC/2200total Jet/ 1400 PIC Jet (Lear 45). 135 and 91.

They were my first (and only) choice. I've checked my app several times and its really professional and good. No failures/ accidents/clean record. Not sure why I was passed up.

Can you share the email for their talent and acquisition? I tried emailing back the automated email where I got the Thanks but no thanks but it bounced back. I'd really like to try and better myself and figure out my shortcomings. Also, trying to figure out when I can apply again for eligibility as candidate.

Honestly, you’re likely a flight risk according to them. You can easily get on with a legacy with those times walking in at the bottom. So many guys are getting into the school house and leaving mid training or shortly after they probably don’t want to take on the risk of losing the training investment. I would bet we are losing millions right now in this scenario.
