I met with JB at OBAP this past August. I actually stopped by the Booth twice. I really want to work there and wanted to make sure that they knew that. Hence stopping by more than once.
Both gentlemen had said they would expect to get an interview in 4-5 months. The first guy specifically asked me how much I fly every month (85 hours) and that I would have about another 400ish or so hours in 4-5 months time.
Currently I have 4200TT 2600PIC (no TPIC). Both guys looked at my resume and both said 4-5 months. Obviously that is a very vague statement and I am reading now of guys getting calls from the August window.
My question is: Have you heard of guys getting calls 4-5 months after a window or job fair before? This is my third time applying and really want to work for Blue. Thank you.

Well good to know we are calling people without Blue Darts before the guys that have been darted. I doubt we have filled 25% of the interview groups with the darts. Our interview process is not only frustrating for all involved, it's down right retarded. I hope we change our poor ways and get with the program as we are going to lose good guys to other airlines when hiring ramps up in the spring.
In other news, maybe we will be called Southwest in a few years and all is solved (seed planted).
Good luck to those who are trying to get here. Bring your coloring book and crayons to the interview; you'll understand later.

Automatic with blocks of 4 days and greater. Read your FSM (D.6) as that should be step one as a reservist. I also advise bookmarking it as you can reference is while they try to assign stuff.

If your slated for LCR, you are pref LCR unless you specifically pref for SCR. All though every LCR Ive gotten became a SCR at midnight with a call to be there at 2pm. When I got LCR, I just stayed up till midnight so scheduling didn't wake my wife at 12am because it happened every time. Then I get up to NY and one reserve is used for the entire day. Just grateful this is my last week of reserve and I'm a line holder next month. Just plan on SCL when you get LCR and you won't be surprised.
