Pilots Hired in 2016 to Date: 119
Projected New Hire Pilots 2016: 208
Remaining to be Hired: 89

Average Flight Time of New Hire: 5,804
Average Flight Time last 12 Months: 550

Percentage of New Hires:
Regional: 59%
Military: 21%
Non-Sched Ops: 15%
Other Major: 5%

Does anyone know how the assessment is scored/taken into account? What is a good score vs not a good score? Has anyone taken it recently?

Are you talking about the assessment in the interview? From my understanding it's a data gathering test for the "gateway select" program. The zero to hero pipeline. Evidently they needed data on what a professional pilot knows. No one on property would take it because alpa said no. So they make you guys take it in the interview. It's not part of the interview. Not part of the hiring process. Don't sweat it. Unless that has changed.

I ll try to find out for guys coming through here soon. But I was told it does now count towards your overall interview performance.

Hi so all full for the summer any word win the jet blue window will open again
looking to apply but site looks closed . it says hiring but can't find anything open to apply .

I know there are exceptions to the rule and outliers, but reading this board about jb for the past forever, I'd plan on applying at least two-three times and going to multiple no fair events.

Contrary to pop fiction and what some would have you believe we aren't hiring every app and heartbeat that calls.
