Are you talking about the assessment in the interview? From my understanding it's a data gathering test for the "gateway select" program. The zero to hero pipeline. Evidently they needed data on what a professional pilot knows. No one on property would take it because alpa said no. So they make you guys take it in the interview. It's not part of the interview. Not part of the hiring process. Don't sweat it. Unless that has changed.

I ll try to find out for guys coming through here soon. But I was told it does now count towards your overall interview performance.

I know there are exceptions to the rule and outliers, but reading this board about jb for the past forever, I'd plan on applying at least two-three times and going to multiple no fair events.
